Learning the Business

the training Process

30 hours of training will be provided for all new franchisees and their managers.

After your Bailey's Seafood franchisee application gets reviewed and approved, training is the next step. New franchisees will be taught the ins and outs of the seafood business by the franchisor.

All new franchisees will be given access to Bailey's Seafood knowledge base, which has information on vendors, ordering supplies, apparel, hiring, training, recipes, etc.

The training program outlines a step by step process that will be easy to follow. The franchisee will also be in direct contact with the SEO and Founder of Bailey's Seafood, Michael Kontras, that will act as an advisor throughout the process.

You will learn about how Bailey's Seafood got started, how each dish is prepared, and the open-kitchen concept.

Operations

Get hands-on experience on running your own Bailey's Seafood restaurant.

Policies and Regulations

Be familiar with the policies and regulations of the seafood business so you can be prepared on how to manage your restaurant.
